· 24 Heat Transfer Tubes (Twenty Four!) Heat travels through 24 tubes in a Z pattern optimizing the transfer of all available heat

· 20 bushel (residential) and 70 bushel (jumbo) corn hoppers (depending on size of area being heated) only needs to be re-filled every 1-2 weeks.

· Three settings on the auger only allow the amount of corn that’s required for the current heating situation to be fed into the pot, which conserves corn and makes the stove more efficient.

· High and low shutoffs are automatic. Should the stove automatically kick off, the secondary furnace will automatically kick in.

· Water-to-water heat exchangers can integrate closed water systems such as baseboard heat.

· Replaceable 1 inch stir rod to ensure the corn is burned completely.

· The fire pot (where the corn is actually burned) is designed to self-clean, you just clean black ash. The burnt corn ash is blown off the top of the pot by air from two fans.

· Only clean once a week, if you wait any longer you lose good heat transfer. Other stoves must be cleaned daily to remove clinkers and sugar build-up.

· Insulated with 110 (small) or 210 (jumbo) gallons of water, which is surrounded by more insulation. This is an ultra-efficient way to protect from heat loss and makes the stove cool to the touch on the outside.

· Use relays and timers instead of computer boards because they work better and longer in this hostile environment.

· Fail-safe relay to switch over to the building furnace should corn in the hopper run out, or the stove should fail for unforeseen reasons.

· Replaceable water jacket so when the time comes you do not need to replace the whole stove – just the liner.

· Use soft metal instead of stainless steel because stoves built with stainless have a limited lifetime. Corn eats away stainless. With an EZ Burn stove you don’t have that problem because we use soft metals instead of stainless steel.

· Cut down on corn consumption by installing an optional third thermostat which allows you to save corn by shutting the pump off when the outside temperature is higher than 36 degrees.

· Optional Real-time diagnostic package will send diagnostic information via Internet to the EZBurn monitoring center. Real-time monitoring allows you to monitor your stove more closely. And that assures your stove is always running at optimal performance. Alerts can be provided by phone if your stove’s operating temperatures fall outside the norm.

· With the Optional Real-time diagnostic package, Software can be installed on your home computer which allows you to monitor the stove from the comfort of your home.
